Kaleigh McManus, 33, of New Haven, Conn., was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. She was booked at the Washington County jail and released on $2K bond. She then tried to escape through an emergency exit but was stopped by security guards. When two state troopers attempted to arrest her, she assaulted them, leading to her arrest. In a separate incident at a bar and gaming facility in Billings, Montana, a man named Marshall William Wilson was shot and killed in a parking lot. Two others, a 38-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man, were injured but are expected to recover. The altercation began with an argument, resulting in Wilson shooting the two victims.
