For those looking to celebrate July Fourth with some delicious hot dogs, The Front Yard at Ellis Island is offering two special hot dog options from Tuesday through Thursday. The Maverick hot dog comes with two Snap-O-Razzo beef dogs topped with arugula, pickled shallots, bacon, and garlic aïoli, while the Firecracker Dog includes ground beef, green chili sauce, beer cheese, and jalapeños. Both hot dogs are priced at $11 each.

UFC X
UFC X is a two-day fan experience event that is part of the UFC International Fight Week. This interactive event will feature live stage programming, autograph sessions, and exclusive merchandise. Doors open at 9 a.m. on Friday and Saturday at the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Tickets for UFC X start at $25, with a two-day pass priced at $45.

The Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay is hosting a Rooftop Happy Hour every Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this summer from 6 to 9 p.m. Guests can enjoy $7 beers, $9 wines by the glass, $11 spirits, and light bites ranging from $10 to $13.
