In her lawsuit filed in Clark County District Court, she claims that the Caesars Entertainment property failed to verify the identity of the person who took her car, leading to the unfortunate incident.

Despite the stressful situation, Marquecho was able to locate her Range Rover near Boulder Station Hotel and Casino with the help of a tracking app. Fortunately, the car was undamaged, but she noticed that personal documents and house keys were missing, adding to her distress.
