Vincent Rotolo, the owner and pizzaiolo of the popular downtown Las Vegas pizzeria, Good Pie, is expanding his business to the suburbs. The new location is set to open at 835 Seven Hills Drive in Henderson, at West Horizon Ridge Parkway. Renovations are currently underway to transform the existing space into a welcoming and stylish restaurant.
The suburban Good Pie will maintain the same aesthetic as the downtown original, featuring a custom wooden service bar, elegant marble countertops, cozy tufted booths and banquettes, faux brick accents, and a classic tin ceiling. With a seating capacity of approximately 79, the suburban location will be slightly larger than the downtown spot, offering better accommodations for larger groups and parties.
The menu at the new restaurant will showcase the signature Good Pie pizza styles that customers have come to love, such as Grandma, Sicilian, Brooklyn, and Detroit. In addition to these favorites, customers can also expect New York slices, gluten-free Sicilian options, and other dinner items that will be announced soon.
Vincent Rotolo, who originally hails from New York City, has an impressive background in the pizza industry. He has worked at various pizzerias in Las Vegas, including 800 Degrees Pizzeria, Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria, and Evel Pie on Fremont Street. Rotolo opened the first Good Pie location in downtown Las Vegas in early 2018 and has since received recognition for his outstanding pizzas.
Despite facing challenges during the pandemic, Rotolo remained committed to his vision and eventually opened the current Good Pie location on South Main Street. The success of Good Pie has not gone unnoticed, as the pizzeria has been praised by Food & Wine as one of the best pizza shops in Nevada and recognized by Thrillist as one of the top pizzerias in the U.S.
The opening of Good Pie in Henderson is eagerly anticipated by fans of the pizzeria, with the new location expected to welcome customers in September.
